Mindful coaching is a process you choose because you truly want change and you are ready to begin your transformation. Accountability occurs over time both within sessions and during the space in between. I use coaching methods to support clients to access the heart and wisdom that already exists within themselves and to both create and take inspired action toward specific goals.
How it works:
Begin by sending me an email or giving me a call to set up a complementary discovery session. Ask me questions and we'll brainstorm together to see if we are a "fit".
You commit to the coaching process and to getting started. I send you all the information you need to schedule our sessions together and we begin. Our initial session will include outlining our coaching partnership, discussing where you are now including your feelings, thoughts and beliefs, and exploring your vision of your future. You will choose your area(s) of focus.
Our follow-up sessions may include coaching conversation, mindfulness practices, transformational processes and discovery. Working together we will determine concrete steps you can take towards your goals and creating change. In between sessions you will have the opportunity to practice and take action. You will receive additional support through email and/or text between sessions.
